Texas A&M AgriLife presents Cooking for Healthy Blood Pressure

Are you interested in learning more about cooking well for healthy blood pressure? Good news, there's a virtual class for that! Three of them, actually, all presented by the experts at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Center.

Each Monday from 12pm to 2pm, the Extension Center will feature a different class, from April 26 - May 10th. 

  • Session 1: DASHing Your Way to Improve Health (April 26th)
  • Session 2: A Virtual Grocery Store (May 3rd)
  • Session 3: Cooking with Spices and Herbs (May 10th)
