First, we'll look at Lynda.com. This resource is full of amazing video courses covering everything from customer service to product management and so much more. Also, when you finish a course on Lynda, you have the option to display a badge on your LinkedIn profile. In fact, in March of 2021, Lynda will actually be re-branded as LinkedIn Learning. This year, Lynda saw a lot of usage. In fact, usage increased over 85% from 2019 to 2020! Great job learning, Bexar County. The most popular courses in 2020 were:

Another great BiblioTech resource is Mango Languages. Whether you want to brush up on a language you mostly know, or start learning a language from scratch, Mango is an amazing tool. This year, you all spent almost 3,000 hours practicing a new language on Mango! The top courses in 2020 were:

- Japanese
- French
- English as a Second Language (from Spanish)
- Italian
- Arabic, Levantine
- German
- Korean
- Chinese, Mandarin
- Portugese (Brazil)

Next, let's look at what was popular on Universal Class in 2020. Universal Class is a really neat resource because you have the option to take the course with feedback from a real-life expert. Just like Lynda, these video courses saw a huge increase in usage. You all completed 300% more courses on Universal Class this year than you did last year! The most popular courses were:
